Nikolina Rooms is a well-run property with a perfect location in the Gruz district, next to the ferry from Split and the center of Dubrovnik. the venue is conveniently close to the bus station.

We would love to return, no complaints at all; we truly loved our stay.

Everything seemed perfectly fine, decent staff, compact rooms. The food was appetising, had a wide range of options. The overall experience was pleasant, liked our stay very much and would want to stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great and incredible - at a medium distance from Dubrovnik Ferry Port. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were lovely.

The rooms are spacious yet cozy, with a private bathroom and comfortable double bed, plus the staff is delightful and the breakfast selection is impressive.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation near Dubrovnik. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had a parking spot and that my dog was comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to the bus for exploring the old town. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend this property for a short stay in Dubrovnik.

The location is fantastic, adjacent to the green market. the room is exceptionally nice with soft beds, a safe, a kettle, and a kitchenette area. Nearby Lobby Gourmet & Bar is a great place to chill out. They offer a variety of appetising food for meals.

The location of Nikolina Rooms was the best possible and quiet in a calm area. Our room was compact and a nice size, equipped with a kettle and AC. the accommodation had a double bed perfect for a comfortable stay. - the proximity to the main bus station and a bus stop near "Park Luja Šoletića" with direct lines to the old town entrance "Pile" gate was convenient.

Warm welcome, clean and beautiful room, close to bus and ferry stations, helpful host, kept luggage after checkout.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information and making us feel welcome. The location was great, close to the port, market, cafes, and bus station. We also had a parking spot included in the price. The view from the apartment was stunning, adding to the overall experience.
